Internal Sales Executive

Job Scope:

With a strong global network and a commitment to excellence, we provide innovative solutions that meet our clients’ supply chain needs. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team and help us promote our comprehensive freight forwarding services.

As an Internal Sales Executive at LTS Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by actively promoting our Ocean, Air, and European freight forwarding services to potential clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

General Responsibilities:

  • Sales Promotion: Actively promote LTS Global Solutions’ Ocean, Air, and European freight forwarding services to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual presentations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of services and meet client expectations.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through market research, LinkedIn, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of LTS Global Solutions’ services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the International Director.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Documentation: Accurately maintain client records, sales reports, and relevant documentation in the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales admin functions are delivered to the highest quality and in the most efficient manner in line with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

Experience Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field would be advantageous
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Ocean, Air, and European freight forwarding services.
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • High levels of attention to detail.

High degree of verbal/numerical & analytical ability.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external to the business.

VNA Warehouse Operative

Job Scope:

To proactively work within our warehouse to ensure that all import, export, pallet network, groupage and storage goods are received, stored and despatched in an accurate, safe and efficient way.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring you comply with statutory law, company policy & health & safety guidelines
  • Ensure deliveries are unloaded within given time scales and checked against purchase orders, reporting any errors to the admin team.
  • Process customer orders, including to customer specific requirements and ensure timely despatch of stock
  • Loading and unloading of imports and exports
  • Ensure accuracy when loading vehicles, maintaining safe load standards
  • Picking and put away of pallets in racking
  • Ensuring all goods are loaded/unloaded in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures.
  • Using handheld scanners to record stock movements
  • To adhere to company policies relating to the movement of goods/manual handling.
  • Maintaining warehouse hygiene when required.
  • Load and unload vehicles in a safe manner using manual handling or fork lift equipment
  • Assist with picking, packing, goods in and goods out processing when required
  • Assisting with stock investigations and customer stock takes
  • Ensure the customer receives a first class service in all operational duties carried out

Experience Skills:

  • VNA licence
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of scanning picks and put aways

Job Scope:
